  13. Actually, I've two question:

  15. 1. In Win95, the modem diag. program (which is supplied) said that the 
  16. modem is 14400 but this is a 28800. Could someone tell me why and how to 
  17. change it back to 28800?

  19. 2. I cannot get the modem works under Win3.1. The computer said it is in 
  20. COM3. I used the modem diag. program to test it and what I get is 
  21. sometime the computer said it is not present or it only has 2400. Could 
  22. someone please kindly tell me what should I do? I am nearly getting mad......
  23. BTW, I've used MSD to check the COM port and they only have 1200 or 2400 
  24. bps.... why?
